Exhibit Space Occupancy and Expo Times:
All exhibits must be open during the Expo hours which are as follows:
Pole and drape setup will be done Thursday March 11th 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Exhibitor setup will be Thursday March 11th, from 4:00PM to 9:00 PM (no exceptions) and Friday March 12th, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 Am
Exhibitor Hours will be Friday March 12th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday March 13th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tear Down and Clean up will be Saturday March 13th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Sunday March 14th, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 Noon.

Tyers Reception: Friday March 13th 5:00 to 6:30PM
Banquet – Saturday March 13th from 6:00PM to 8:00PM
Live Auction - Saturday March 13th from 8:00PM to 10:00PM
